Pelletizingis key to producing high-quality feed.
The conversion into pellets is carried out by extrusion and thermoplastic modeling. During pelleting, the proteins and sugars contained in the feed become plastic.Each bite has the same content, so that all animals can be fed as intended and equally.
Pelleting hay enables animals to digest their feed more quickly.
The combination of moisture, heat, and pressure causes the feed components to "stick" together, enabling the animalsto better utilize thenutrients. Feed conversion is improved and it also prevents the animals from being selective or picking out only the tastiest stalks, leaving other animals empty-handed. This results in a generally higher feed conversion rate.
